New Toys as a Result of Black Friday Savings

Monday morning and it’s back to the grind. Despite the significant loss in traffic as a result of not updating the site, my extended weekend was excellent. Good food, good company, good times, and good deals. Unlike some of the population, I decided to sift through the left overs on Black Friday. Here’s what I came out with.

  1. ATI Radeon HD 2600 - $99, cheapest on Amazon at the time, used, was $103 + shipping.
    • PCI-E x16
    • 512MB 128-bit DDR2
    • CrossFire Multi-GPU
    • Avivo HD Video Display
    • Read the full specs here.
  2. PNY 1024MB PC5400 DDR2 667MHz Memory (x2) - $24.99 a piece. Tigerdirect has the same item for $39.99 with shipping in 7-12 days.
  3. PNY 1GB microSD Memory Card - $24.99. Ok, so after a little shopping around, this wasn’t such a great deal, but I needed one anyway. There’s no way I’m paying Alltel $2.99 for a song I already own, that’s crap. Now my LG AX8600 is loaded with some real tones (Hatebreed - Divine Judgement).
